How to enquire and how to book your apartment holiday

Step One - Request an availability check and price for the apartment(s) you are interested in

To receive the correct information back, please ensure that you quote your intended arrival date and departure date. If you have a specific choice of apartment(s), please name them in full. Otherwise, for a general enquiry across all apartments, please ensure you let us know how many bedrooms you require so that we send you details of the correct size of apartment suitable for your group number

Step Two - You will receive details back normally within 2 to 24 hours (maximum)

Once we receive your enquiry we will check what is available for your chosen dates. You will receive an email showing which apartment is possible and at what confirmed price. Please note the price will be shown in Euro currency and is per apartment not per person. We ask that if you require to make a confirmed reservation you get back to us as quickly as possible as with most apartments we are not able to "block" them whilst waiting to maybe hear back from you

Step Three - Receiving and confirming back to you your reservation

Upon receipt of your request to confirm your reservation we will process your booking. You will receive back from us a "Confirmation" email which will set everything out for you including the apartment(s) details, the arrival date, the departure date, the price, any extras you may of requested, the payment options, the deposit due and other information for you with regards to your trip

Step Four - Make your deposit payment & confirm the details we may of requested

We will need from you at this point your deposit payment. We will also need the information as requested in our "Confirmation" email. These details include the names of all persons to occupy the apartment(s), the ages of any children travelling if under 16 and your estimated arrival time at your resort. We will ask you for your flight details.

Step Five - You will receipt an e-receipt from us 

Upon receipt of your deposit, we will of course send you an email receipt confirming the amount paid and received and re-send you your booking details showing your payment credited. We will then contact you again to remind you that your balance payment is due around 6 weeks before your arrival date
