Terramar II with One Bedroom

The TERRAMAR complex is located in a rural area at PLAYA DEL TORRES, on the outskirts of Villajoyosa.

This particular PRIVATELY owned apartment has one bedroom with double bed, a full bathroom with bath, overhead shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin, a kitchen with oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave etc, a seperate utility area with washing machine, iron and ironing board and a living room with ceiling fans, TV with local spanish channels only - DVD and sofabed with a garden/part pool facing balcony. This apartment, due to its construction layout also has a little "alcove" between the bedroom and bathroom. This has a big built in wardrobe AND a single bed size sofabed, making this one bedroom apartment good for five persons.

This apartment is on the GROUND FLOOR - Street level - ideal for those who don´t do lifts and heights!

Terramar has lovely gardens and big outdoor pools (one between each block) incorporating a seperate jacuzzi section. Lifeguards are on duty throughout the peak summer season. There is a kids play area just along from Terramar, overlooking the Sea.

Terramar were constructed between 2002 and 2008 and are modern properties. Located on the headland overlooking the Beach of Torres (Playa del Torres). This is the nearest beach to Terramar but please note it is mainly shingle, small and gets very busy with the spanish locals during the summer months.

WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND CAR HIRE FOR STAYS AT TERRAMAR DUE TO THEIR "ISOLATED" AND RURAL POSITION. YOU WILL NEED TRANSPORT FOR GETTING OUT AND ABOUT. OR, BRING A MOBILE TELEPHONE AND BE PREPARED TO TAKE TAXI RIDES FOR ALL OUTINGS.

This is a lovely quiet area, inbetween VILLAJOYOSA and LA CALA FINESTRAT, ideal for those who do not want any "disco" noise or loud pubs etc, there arn´t any!!

CARREFOUR, the huge hypermarket, La Marina shopping Mall, McDonalds and Icelands, the British Frozen Food supermarket are all at the same location, which is around 1.5km / 2km from TERRAMAR. La Cala Beach is around 2.5km and Villajoyosa Beach and new promenade 2km.

The EX PATS large British supermarket, with loads of items is on the main road across from Terramar BUT to reach by foot, this is a good 15 minute walk - CAR HIRE MORE OR LESS ESSENTIAL FOR STAYS HERE!

The outdoor pool and garden area are open seasonally and Weather Permitting. We have NO control over this ruling. Lifeguards are generally poolside during the Peak Summer Season but cannot be guaranteed.
