Terramar I with One Bedroom

The TERRAMAR apartments were constructed around 2003 and are located close to Playa Del Torres (Torres Beach) in VILLAJOYOSA which is around 5km from Central Levante, Benidorm.

Located in a very rural and quiet area, this modern block has a nice large outdoor pool with jacuzzi section, one between each of the towers, with plenty of outdoor seating areas.

This particular PRIVATELY owned apartment is on the GROUND FLOOR with 1 bedroom, a full modern bathroom, living room with dining table and open balcony with mountain views and a kitchen with full size ceramic hob and electric oven, washing machine, fridge/freezer and all utilities. Air conditioning is in the living room, together with TV and a DVD player (with a selection of various DVD films). There are 2 foldaway beds provided too.

TERRAMAR ARE VERY RURAL AND QUIET AND ARE "OFF THE BEATEN TRACK" - YOU WILL NEED A HIRE CAR - THIS IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED

Please note: There are VERY LIMITED amenities within walking distance. A car is more or less essential for holidays here at Terramar. However for those who enjoy walks along the headlands or into town together with a quieter area without the loud discos and pubs then this is probably the place for you. La Cala Finestrat is only a 5 minute drive along the main road as is Villajoyosa, in the opposite direction. The big hypermarket CARREFOUR is around 2km along the main road as is ICELANDS the British Frozen Food Supermarket. The small shingle beach of TORRES is just along from Terramar, aproximately a 10 minute walk, see top left photo immediately above.

EX PATS the large British "Supermarket" is across the main road from Terramar BUT is still a good 15 minute walk from the apartments.

Villajoyosa has a huge sandy beach with a promenade with various cafes and bars (British and Dutch). There is also a beauitful Marina area, see photo immediately above - bottom left - and little Spanish town offering lots of tapas bars and spanish shops! This town, from Terramar apartments, is around 3km, or a good 30 minute walk!
