Located in ALBIR, this modern SECOND FLOOR apartment with TWO BEDROOMS and TWO BATHROOMS is ideal for a Family Holiday, close to all amenities and in a flat area.

Air Conditioning is installed in the Living Room - hot and cold - for your comfort.

Albir is a pretty, clean, low rise resort just a few kilometres north along the coastline from Benidorm, offering a wide variety of restaurants (many International flavors, including Scandanavian and Dutch), cafesd, gift shops, boutiques and more. There are many supermarkets too, stocking a wide choice of items from most European countries.

Albir is alot quieter than Benidorm. It has a shingle beach and promenade, lined with cafes and Hotels.

Buses run a regular service from Albir into Central Benidorm and the Theme parks on the outskirts.

Albir is very popular during the Winter months with many older guests returning each year from Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Holland and Belgium.

The outdoor Swimming Pool and Gardens are open weather permitting AND seasonally. We can never guarantee dates or the operation of the swimming pool, that will on occasion require maintenance etc.
