This PRIVATELY OWNED Penthouse Apartment has THREE Bedrooms with two Bathrooms, a fully fitted modern kitchen, living room with big sunny terrace with fabulous views and a large communial pool with landscaped gardens. This delixe apartment also offers air conditioning, heating and underground parking, Spanish Digitial TV, washing machine and dishwasher.

The living area is 118 m2 with a further 28 m2 outside terrace area with furniture.

Famous for its church Nuestra Senora del Consuelo or Virgen de Consuelo with its fantastic looking blue roof, Altea centre gives you a true feel of a spanish village. The city of Altea feels a little bit divided, old and modern, with the main N-332 road seperating Altea from its beach and harbour area. Along the road side you will find many shops, including chic designer boutiques, bakeries, gift shops, banks and Altea car hire offices. There are many restaurants too and Tapas bars plentiful. Benidorm is only 15 minutes along the coastline with its huge Levante Beach and 100´s of tourist attractions.
