Principado La Cala with Three Bedrooms

 

This PRIVATELY OWNED apartment, frontline to LA CALA FINESTRAT beach and bay is on the 12th floor and has three bedrooms. Being new and very modern, it is spacious, 130m2, with a big terrace with great sea views.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen including washing machine and a full, modern bathroom too.

Parking is included with this apartment.

Air conditioning, hot and cold, is installed in the living room and the three bedrooms. This apartment is for a maximum capacity of 6 persons.

Outside there is a nice outdoor swimming pool, open seasonally and weather permitting.

La Cala Finestrat has a lovely soft, sandy beach, ideal for families as the waters edge is safe with a gentle slope into the water. The promenade around the bay has plenty of restaurants and cafes, gift shops, shops and snack bars. La Cala has excellent bus connections, with a regular bus service into central Benidorm. There are also plenty of taxi points.

La Cala makes a quieter alternative to Benidorm, with no loud discos or nightclubs. It is more geared towards couples and families with children.

Every Tuesday and Friday there is a busy street market. Carrefour, the huge French hypermarket, along with Icelands, the British Frozen food supermarket, McDonalds and La Marina Shopping Mall are only a 5 minute drive from La Cala. WOK all you can eat buffet restaurant comes soon to La Cala too.

On the frontline, by the public car park in La Cala, there is a large supermarket which is open 365 days a year from 07.00am to 01.00am, stocking more or less everything.
