    Tanit 5th Floor Apartment - REAR & SIDE FACING

     

    The TANIT apartments stand on the BEACHFRONT in Benidorm, more towards the Rincon end than the Old Town End. A reasonably small building with one apartment at the front and one at the back.

    This particular apartment is on the BACK on the 5th Floor with two bedrooms.

    The apartment has a kitchen with washing machine, oven, hob, microwave etc, a bathroom with SHOWER, toilet, bidet and washbasin (NO bath), a living room with views across Avendia Mediterraneo (directly) and to the side, the beach. There are two bedrooms, both having single size beds.

    Parking is available behind the building. There is NO SWIMMING POOL at Tanit. The beach is literally 5 metres across from the entrance door to these apartments so for a prime located apartment being very close to the beach, the sea, the shops, cafes, bars and restaurants, then Tanit is an ideal choice.
