Terra Mar is a new complex of apartment blocks, eight floors high, looking over the

sea. The apartments are modern, furnished with pine furniture and are fully equiped.

Villajoyosa town and stunning beach/marina

is a few minutes drive away, and Benidorm Centre is aproxiamtely 10 minutes drive,

around 5 miles. Terra Mar has beautiful pools in well kept gardens.

It is very much recommended that you have a Hire Car when staying at Terra Mar.

There is a small pebbly beach a short walk from Terra Mar and stunning views out to sea from the

front of the buildings. There is a very well stocked English supermarket a 15 minute walk away with a good selection of English branded items!

This GROUND floor apartment has TWO bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two singles.

The kitchen has a full size fridge/freezer, full size electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave oven, kettle and toaster. Also a full size washing machine. There is also a full supply of cooking utensils and place settings etc.

The bathroom is full size with bath, toilet, wash basin and bidet.

THERE ARE THREE AIR CONDITIONING UNITS, ONE IN THE LIVING ROOM AND ONE IN EACH BEDROOM WHICH MAKE THIS APARTMENT IDEAL AND COMFORTABLE FOR HOT SUMMER HOLIDAYS!

The living/dining room comprises of a three seater sofa-bed, armchair and four seater pine dining room table.
