Terramar is a
new complex of apartments set on the coastline between Villajoyosa
and La Cala Finestrat.
This particular
apartment has ONE double bedroom and is on the ground floor. An "alcove"
inbetween the bedroom and the living room has extra fitted wardrobes
and a single size sofa bed.
It is spacious
with a good size living/dining room, kitchen with seperate utility
room, full size bathroom and bedroom. The living room has TV, DVD,
CD and X Box (the owner supplies a good selection of DVD movies,
CD´s and games)
The balcony, off
from the living room, has a view across to the opposite apartment
block and the pool/garden, which is set between the two.
The kitchen is
fully fitted with oven, ceramic hob, microwave oven, kettle, toaster
and a full range of china, glass and cookware
Ramps to the
building make this apartment ideal for wheelchair/pushcahir users
We advise car
hire for stays at Terramar as these apartments are reasonably
isolated - or bring a mobile to be able to call taxi´s
La Cala
Finestrat is aproximately 2 miles from Terramar and Villajoyosa 1.5.
A pebbly beach,
as shown in the bottom right photo, is a 10 minute walk from the
apartment. At the front of the complex you have stunning views out
to sea (the apartments are elevated above)
"Ex Pats", the
English Cash/Carry Supermarket, open to the public, is a 15 minute
walk/5 minute drive from Terramar. Carrafour, the large French owned
Hypermarket, La Marina Shopping Mall and outlets such as McDonalds
are a 10 minute drive away.
