The apartment we offer you is on the FRONT LINE to Levante beach, approximately 10 metres from the sand! You wont get closer than this!

Three bedrooms and two bathrooms makes this ideal for a family holiday

The apartment is on the 4th floor, having a side & rear view. There is no balcony.However, the apartment has full length patio doors which open (safety railings on the outer edge) making the apartment very light and airy).

Huge patio type "floor to ceiling" doors give this apartment full light and great views. From the master bedroom you see out to the beach (photo - bottom centre). There are safety railings on the outside of each window.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds and the 3rd bunk beds, ideal for youngsters.

There are two bathrooms, one full size with a screened shower, washbasin and toilet. The second bathroom is smaller and off the kitchen, also with a screened shower, toilet and washbasin.

The kitchen has a large family sized fridge/freezer, microwave oven, ceramic hob, cooker, washing machine etc...

The living/dining room is big and spacious, light and airy with plenty of seating, a TV and DVD player.

AIR CONDITIONING AND CEILING FANS ARE FITTED

This apartment also has its own allocated parking bay in the secure carpark

There is a lift (wheelchair users please note: As you enter the building there are 7 steps up to the lift which may make this a little difficult)

The sandy Levante beach is within yards as are a good selection of cafes, bars, shops etc

This apartment is ideal for those wanting to be able to step out of their door and onto the beach!

Although complex "Tanit" does not have a pool, the crystal clear Mediterranean is only metres away. During the summer, pedalos can be hired and "wire" water skiing takes place.

Sunbeds and parasols are available to hire by the day on the beach.
