This is a house set on 5 levels with stunning views across Benidorm and the sea.

The house comprises of two bedrooms, both en-suite, a 3rd cloakroom, fully fitted modern kitchen, large living room with a back garden and a roof terrace. The master bedroom has TV and Video and great views across the pool, gardens and bay.

Both bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning. Additional heating is provided for winter stays.

The house is tastefully furnished and decorated to a high standard with a warm and homely feel and atmosphere.

 English satalite TV is fitted, showing BBC, ITV, CH4, CH5, Sky News and a variety of other English language channels, also a DVD and video. The owner provides a good selection of movies and English reading materials too.

From the furnished roof terrace you have fabulous views across the Bay and communial swimming pool (unavailable during the winter months)

The garden is furnsihed with a patio set and loungers, the pool can be accessed by walking through the garden.

A new golf course and sauna/indoor pool has recently opened at Sierra Cortina.

Carrafour, the large hypermarket, La Marina shopping mall,

ten pin bowling and outlets such as McDonalds are a 5 minute drive away, Terramitica, the theme park, is 10 minutes.

We recommend a hire car for stays at Sierra Cortina

The house has terracotta steps leading down to the living room, up to the bedrooms and roof terrace, as well as from the road to the front door. Wheelchair users or persons with limited mobility should bear this in mind.

This house is luxurious and makes for a peacefull and relaxing holiday
