Located on the FRONT LINE of Villajoyosa´s beautiful, long sandy beach this one bedroom apartment is IDEAL for those seeking a beach-based holiday.

On the 8th floor, this apartment has stunning views out to sea, across the beach and to the lovely marina of Villajoyosa. Sunbeds, parasols and pedelo boats can all be hired from Villajoyosa Beach.

The Marina hosts lots of moored yachts and here you will find "Club Nautica", a restaurant serving fresh fish.

Directly alongside San Fernando, you will find a good selection of restaurants, bars and cafes and a small supermarket.

"Sunset" Bar has a huge UK satalite, showing all major sporting events and most soaps!

Restaurants "Vistamar" and "Villa Med" are highly recommended too with good varied menus, located literally 10 metres from San Fernando! Try "Carlas Trefpunt" a Dutch/Belgiun bar with bar snacks.

Further along the promenade you will find a second section of restaurants and bars including French cuisine, pizza, chicken and ice cream!

"El Guitara" is the place to visit for excellent "menu of the days" - or try their famous lamb, its fabulous!

Villajoyosa town can be reached by a short walk (hill) or 2 minute bus ride, where you will find Spanish bars, shops, banks, larger supermarkets and on a Thursday a large outdoor busy market. Also in town are

many bus stops and a train service, where you can take a trip into Benidorm, Terramiticia theme park, Albir, Denia, Alicante etc.

Benidorm is only around 5 miles away from Villajoyosa and is easily accessed.

This apartment has a full, newly renovated Kitchen, new bathroom, bedroom, living room and furnished balcony.

The bathroom has a very big stand-in shower behind ultra modern glass "brickwork" complete with seating!

The kitchen is fully equiped with modern, new appliances including ceramic hob, 2 fridges with freezer compartments, microwave, kettle & toaster.

For a nice beach holiday Villajoyosa is the place to visit.

The last week of July is "Fiesta" week (from July 24th) where Villajoyosa becomes a busy resort with daily and nightly "parades" and a huge firework display on the beach. This is known as "Moors and Christians". There are activities going on for the full week including a reinaction of the famous "Landings" when the Moors landed on Villajoyosa beach in the middle of the night! This is a great week, noisy with colourfull parades, bands, fireworks and real cannons!

Most of the restaurants/cafes along the front stay open all night for the "Landings" and the "Fireworks".

Carrafour, the large French hypermarket, is an 8 minute drive away. Here at the same location you will find La Marina, a shopping mall, McDonalds, Burger King, 10 pin bowling and a multi screen cinema. The rooftop of the shopping mall is a kids paradise, with numerous bouncy castles, rides, mini golf and play areas, definately worth a visit.

La Cala Finestrat is only 10 minutes away too, with a good selection of bars, cafes and restaurants and a busy Friday street market.
