The apartments "Rubino" are located on the frontline to CALPE´S Poniente Beach (NOT to be mixed up with

Benidorm´s Poniente Beach!) and were newly constructed in 2003/4.

There are 18 floors in total.

Apartments have 1, 2 or 3 Bedrooms.

All apartments have living/dining room, balcony, full bathroom. The one and two

bedroom apartments have a small kitchenette whilst the 3 bedroom apartment has a larger seperate style kitchen.

The one and two bedroom apartments have a sofabed in the living room.

The one and two bedroom apartments have a full size bathroom, whilst the 3 bedroom apartments ALSO have a second toilet and shower-room.

SOME apartments have air conditioning and washing machines.

The public areas indoors are air conditioned.

All apartments have a balcony with side-on sea and pool view - SOME of the 3 bedroom

apartments are located at the front of the building have full view.

There are THREE pools, a garage for parking (local fee payable) and guests can also use the amenities at nearby "Aguamarina" and "Turmalina" apartments as these are owned by the same "group".

Ifach Rock is 500 metres away and the town centre of Calpe 1 km. The lovely and newly

constructed promenade runs the length of the beach and is palm tree lined with seating and plenty of cafes, coffee bars, restaurants and gift shops.
