across the street from Albir Gardens, a 15-20 minute walk to Albir´s
beach. The apartments were constructed in 2004 and are therefore
modern with all up-to-date appliances.

It has two bedrooms, a bathroom, fully
fitted kitchen, lounge and a balcony with
lovely views, accessable from the lounge and main bedroom. The
complex boasts a swimming pool and underground car parking
facilities.

apartment is available for short (holiday) lets and longer term
rentals. It is family-friendly, accomodating children. However, no
pets are allowed.
