OUR SERVICES IN GENERAL:
Property inspection

Inspection of your property on a regular basis. Airing the property, flushing

toilets, running taps, checking for damp and mould, etc.

Cleaning services

Cleaning on departure of guests. Or regular cleaning during a long term

absence. Depending on your requirements.
Rental services

Handling bookings, contacts, preparation of the property, welcome pack, handing over keys, inspections. We can provide all this and more.

The best way to rent out your property is handling all your and our bookings via Costa Blanca Apartments.

 

So if you also know people who like to use your apartment/villa, just refer them to us and we will handle all payments and arrange all services needed, directly with them.

 

 

 
 
   
   

 

To advertise your property on our site you MUST supply the following items in it for use by all guests:-

Linen (Sheets and pillowcases) for each bed including a second set and enough for use with the sofabed if applicable

A blanket or duvet for each bed (for Winter bookings)

Towels (Bath and Hand) 2 per person plus a second changeover set.

Beach towels not necessary, we advise guests to bring their own

We NEVER rent out any apartment or villa with NO linen - paying guests should not have to arrive only to make their own beds!

Microwave oven

Kettle

Toaster

Supply of glass, china and cookware inc cutlery

Heating (either portable radiators, gas heaters or via any aircon unit) We cannot rent out any property with no heating

Air cooling (Either air con, ceiling fans or portable table-top/stand up fans) We cannot rent out any property with no cooling

Television (ideally with a DVD or a Video and/or satalite)

Remember, anything extra that you provide (ie, baby cot, DVD, books etc) all enhance your property and make it more "rentable"

 

When you place your apartment/villa on our website, this is what you will receive:-

H    Promotion of your property on other websites and advertised    locally (all properties treated equally)

 

Ø      We charge 20% of the rental paid by the guest when they book through us

 

CLEANING SERVICE

 

We take care of the cleanings ourselves. The prices for 2007 and 2008 are as follows:-

 

1 bedroom apartment           60    euros

2 bedroom apartment           70    euros

3 bedroom apartment           75    euros

3 bedroom duplex/house        80    euros

4 bedroom duplex/house        90    euros

 

The cleaning includes the laundry of used linen and towels and the return of such items afterwards.

 

WHEN YOU MAKE YOUR OWN BOOKING, YOUR GUESTS MUST BE MADE AWARE OF THE CLEANING FEE AND IT MUST BE LEFT IN THE APARTMENT UPON THEIR DEPARTURE. IF THEY USE OUR AIRPORT TRANSFER SERVICE, IT MUST BE PAID UPON ARRIVAL TO THE DRIVER

 

WE DO NOT PERMIT ANY GUEST, YOURS OR OURS, TO DO THEIR OWN END CLEAN, SORRY.

 

Airport Transfers:-

 

60 euros one way for 4 persons.

For every extra person, add 10 euros.

An 8 seater minibus and a 4 seater people carrier are available

Payment must be made in euros to the driver(s)

 

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR OWN GUESTS ARE AWARE OF THESE 2008 PRICES, THANK YOU.

 

 

 

 

 

In case you require us to deal with small repairs (replacing bulbs, broken chairs etc.) we ask for a petty cash amount of minimum 150 Euro.

 

Pool and garden maintenance are not included in our Property Management Services. These can be charged separately if applicable.

 Costa blanca Apartments S.L. does not guarantee any rental income.

The terms and conditions of our Rental Agreement 2.13 are applicable once you start using our services. This agreement, publishedon on the internet is the latest version and always replaces previous versions
