Denia has 20km of coastline with beautiful sandy beaches and some pebbly too, also with lovely coves ideal for diving.

The apartment, being on the GROUND FLOOR, has therefore its own

private garden area with a terrace overlooking the pool, tennis courts and communial landscaped gardens.

Denia and the local towns/villages have an extensive range of attractions and there is something for everyone to see or do. It has long sandy beaches, a hill-top castle dating back to Roman times, historic buildings, plenty of shopping, a new marina, a ferry port and an abundance of cafes and restaurants.

The countryside surrounding the Montgo and Jalon valley is ideal for walkers and for mountain biking. Denia is located between Valencia to the north and Alicante to the south (both can be reached by car in about one hour). In both cities, you can enjoy shopping in the various shops and markets, visiting the museums and wandering around the old towns.
