Constructed in 2008 - magnificent ultra modern apartments with 1 or 2 bedrooms and penthouse apartments.

Located in ALFAZ DE PI - in town, just a short drive from ALBIR where you will find a lovely sandy/pebbly beach and lots of gift shops, restaurants and bars. Albir and Alfaz are low rise towns with more "upmarket" facilities.

These apartments are registered with the Spanish Tourist Board as Deluxe/Luxury.

Each apartment has a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, glass ceramic hob and full oven.
