Located on Paseo de la Carretera, 52, these apartments are positioned just 50 metres from PONIENTE beach and only 200 metres from LEVANTE beach. In the "Old Town" of Benidorm, centre to the two beaches, these apartments are ideally situated, being in the busy commerical area, with lots of cafes, bars and shops close to hand.

There are 28 apartments in all, having in each a lounge/dining room with sofabed, kitchenette , bedroom, full bathroom, telephone, TV, air conditioning and heating and a safe "access card" door locking system.

Safe Boxes can be hired at a small daily local charge.

Within the apartment building is a coffee bar and gymnasium. The rooftop is where the pool is located with a patio area.

SOME apartments have terrace facing the sea, some face inside towards the inner courtyard - we will send you details for both choices (subject to availability)
