La Era Park apartments have one or two bedrooms and are located on Calle Verano, 8.
Aproximately 500 metres North of Benidorm Old Town and 450 metres from the beach, 200 metres from the main Town Centre.
Each apartment has a living/dining room with balcony, kitchenette with microwave, kettle etc and bathroom. These apartments are renowned to be kept very clean and tidy by their staff.
There is an outdoor pool with gardens and a plentiful patio area. Parking is also available at an additional small daily fee, payable locally.
TVs and Safe boxes can be hired. Rooms are heated for Winter guests.
There is a 24 hour reception and an on-site social lounge/bar.
Just along from La Era Park is Mercadonna, a good sized supermarket and "The Red Lion", an English owned cafe/restaurant serving breakfasts, lunches and bar snacks.
This apartment complex is located on a gentle hill, those with walking difficulties may find this not appropriate.
In our opinion, this complex is more suited towards "youngsters" rather than families or the elderly - depends on how much fun you want to have! If you dont mind a little noise then this would be ideal!
