This building was built in the year 2003. It has 14 floors, 2 lifts, air conditioning/heating, swimming pool and is  near supermarkets, restaurants and commercial centres. The apartments are modern and fully equiped and

are close to the beach and Benidorms tourist attractions.

The apartment block is is centrally located for convienience, above "Jumping Jacks" English bar. The interiors are very

comfortable, modern & fitted with all you will need whilst on holiday.

 Levante beach is a few minutes walk from the apartment and in the

same street you will find a wide choice of bars, cafes and shops.

The apartments have either one bedroom/one bathroom OR two bedrooms and two Bathrooms.
