The Apartment complex GAVINA PUERTO is perfectly located for peaceful holidays yet close enough to local bars and restaurants which are a short stroll away.

THE APARTMENT WE OFFER YOU HAS BEAUTIFUL VIEWS ACROSS THE MARINA OF VILLAJOYOSA AND THE SOFT SANDY LARGE BEACH.

This complex enjoys panoramic views as it is elevated and has the appearance of being on the 5th or 6th floor whereas infact it is on the ground floor, making access easy. You can walk to the beach within minutes (steps) or drive (5 minutes). There are a variety of English, Spanish and International restaurants within a 5 - 10 minute walk along the beach front.

You will also find a few minutes walk away a fully equiped Gymnasium with a sauna and an indoor swimming pool and a Scuba Diving club/school. The pretty pool is set in gardens. There are also Tennis Courts (Bring your own equipment).

These apartments (two next door to each other are actually available) have two good sized bedrooms with pine build-in wardrobe space. The master bedrooms have patio doors to the terrace.

There is a large bathroom in each with toilet, bath, overhead shower and wash basin. Each apartment also has a second bathroom with a stand-in shower cubile, toilet and basin.

The Kitchens are ultra modern with white ovens, ceramic hobs, large fridge/freezers and washing machines. Also microwave oven and all utensils and chinaware.

THE APARTMENTS ALSO HAVE A SHINGLED GARDEN AREA WITH AN ARRAY OF FLOWERS AND PLANTS ALONG THE FENCING.

If you are looking for a quiet holiday but close enough to local amenities and those of Benidorm (aprox 5 miles away) then these apartments are your ideal choice. Take a holiday here for comfort, views, peace and relaxation.

The last week of July each year (24th to 31st) is FIESTA week, lots of parades and a HUGE firework display on the beach (1am start!). This week will be busy and noisy as the whole town celebrates "Moors and Christians" with reconstructions of events in History (including cannons and boats). Avoid this week if you are looking for that peace and quiet!
