The apartments CEVANTES are located on Avenida Europa, opposite the famous CLINICA EUROPA and are around 250 metres from Levante Beach.
Built in 1967 and renovated in 2003, with in total 14 floors, each apartment has 1 bedroom with two single size beds, living room with TV and sofabed, terrace/balcony, kitchen with washing machine and full bathroom.
There is an outdoor pool.
Avenida Europa is full of bars, shops, cafes and bus stops - this is one of Benidormīs busiest main roads, therefore traffic noise will be heard.
Ideally located for a Central Benidorm holiday base.
These apartments are very popular with English, Dutch and Spanish clients.

PLEASE NOTE: Apartment allocation is NOT within our control. The Management Offices at the apartments take care of that. We will pass on all requests (high, low floor etc) but we CANNOT Guarantee.
