The Apartment complex CASABLANCA is perfectly located for peaceful holidays yet close enough to local bars and restaurants which are a short stroll away, located in La Cala. These apartments are possibly the most sought after in the area due to being close to the beach and very well established set in beautiful gardens.
The complex has a very Moroccean feel, hence their name and are four stories high with lifts.
THIS APARTMENT IS ON THE 4TH FLOOR WITH LOVELY VIEWS
The apartment is beautifully decorated with lots of extras. Air conditioning and heating is fitted throughout.

HOWEVER, PLEASE NOTE:- Upon entry into the actual apartment, there are six/eight marble steps taking you UP from the front door into the living room. Please note this if you are a wheelchair/pushchair user, thank you.
The apartment has ONE good sized bedroom with floor to ceiling mirrored fitted wardrobes. The bathroom is spacious with a full size bath, shower, toilet, washbasin and bidet.
