Cala Sol - right in the heart of La Cala - the location of these apartments is perfect!

 

This 9th floor apartment has two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both with fitted wardrobes and fans for warmer days.

The Balcony has a table with 6 chairs and is glazed - the pvc windows fully open - Great views - see photo bottom right!

 

The living room has TV, video, fan, sofabed.

 

The American style kitchen has electric hob (no oven), washing machine, full size fridge/freezer, iron & ironing board, microwave, kettle and toaster and of course a full supply of cook, glass and chinaware - everything you need for a self catering holiday.

 

There is too of course a full bathroom with full bath, washbasin, toilet and bidet.

 

Ramps make entering this apartment complex easier for wheelchair users.

 

The gardens are well kept and spacious with a good sized outdoor pool with seperate kids splash pool, outdoor toilet and shower cubicles, seating area, small kids play area and a small shaded crazy golf section too. There are also Tennis

courts, please bring your own equipment.

 

These apartments are centrally located. For those knowing La Cala, "Cala Sol" are located behind "Deja Vu" - at the point where the outdoor Friday market meets the main road, near to SOL Bank. The beach from these apartments is

around 170 metres away. Shops, cafes, restaurants, bus stops, banks, the market, hairdressers, take-aways are literally right outside!

 

 

ABOVE: The block to the left, looking as though it is sitting ontop of the Restaurants red & yellow sign is the CALA SOL Block that this apartment is located in, on the 9th floor.

CALA SOL is not on top of shops - they are set behind.

 

 

 

Buses run regularly into central Benidorm for around 1.50 euro each way.

The busy La Cala Markets (Tuesdays and Fridays) are worth a visit - lots of bargains!
