The BUENAVISTA Apartments - Constructed in 2002 with only 15 floors, allocated on Ciudad Real, aproximately

800 metres from the Beach in the Rincon De Loix area.

Very modern and spacious with lots of extras.

Fully air conditioned

Each apartment has ONE bedroom, sleeping 4 persons, living/dining room, balcony, kitchen and full bathroom

The complex offers a GYM with a JACUZZI, a coin operated launderette, Lounge/Bar/Cafe, 24 hour reception, luggage room,

mini market, snack bar, parking, security cameras, panoramic lifts and mini golf (small fee payable direct to reception).

There are OUTDOOR and INDOOR swimming pools and a kids play area.

Lovely well equiped modern apartments with all the extras

In our opinion, the only drawback is that these apartments are located a fair distance from the Beach,

around 800 metres - around a 20 - 25 minute walk.

PLEASE NOTE: The actual apartment allocation is NOT within our control. This is taken care of by the actual Management office at the apartments. Requests (high, low floor etc) will be passed on but we CANNOT GUARANTEE.
