This very nice detached bungalow is located in the quiet area of Bello Horizonte, between Benidorm (7 km) and Altea (3 km) and not far away from Alfaz del Pi (5 km).
The house has 2 bedrooms and a studio. The house sleeps max of 6 persons. There is a bathroom with bath, toilet, washbasin and a 2nd cloakroom with a shower cubilcle and toilet/washbasin.
The kitchenette, although rather small, has fridge/freezer compartment, microwave, small oven and hob and full supply of china/glassware.
At the back a glazed in sun room, ideal for the winter time. A supermarket is within walking distance. Tennis courts and a shared community swimming pool are very close by.
Heaters and an open fire (you have to supply your own wood) gives you a relaxing temperature during the winter period. During the months of November up to and including March, there is a special winter discount. This property offers a quiet, away from it all, holiday but, with a hire car (recommended), is only a short drive away from the hustle and bustle of Benidorm and Albir.
