A large new/modern terraced townhouse on the new urbanisation "Balcon de Finestrat" with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a third cloakroom, fully fitted modern kitchen, living room, roof terrace, kitchen terrace and a garden/terrace with direct access to one of the communial pools. Tastefully decorated throughout.
Garage private to the house.
There is a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer etc
Air Conditioning and heating / CD / DVD player / Flat screen TV
The Master bedroom also has a wall mounted flat screen TV and an en-suite bathroom. It is furnished with a kingsize bed. The Second bedroom has a double size bed and the third has two single beds (one pulls out from beneath the other). All 3 bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
We highly recommend Car Hire when staying at Balcon Finestrat
Theme parks Terramitica and Terranatura are only a few minutes away by car
Please note: There are marble stairs to all levels within this house. It may not therefore be ideal for those with limited mobility/wheelchair users
NOTE: As of August 15th 2008 the UK TV satelite is not available at this property due to unforseen technical and legal reasons regarding the transmission of UK TV within Spain. This page will be updated when UK TV is available again at this house.
