El Atrium apartment with TWO bedrooms and TWO bathrooms on the 9th Floor in Tower II
This modern apartment has two good size bedrooms, both having single size beds. The main bathroom is en-suite to the 1st bedroom.
There is a second bathroom with a half size bath, toilet, bidet and full size washbasin.
The living room is very light and airy with a glass dining room suite for 4, large sofa, TV, DVD, Video, CD stereo and Dutch satalite, which broadcasts alot of English programmes with Dutch subtitles
The kitchen comes fully fitted with a 4 ring ceramic hob, full size fridge/freezer, full size dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster together with a full range of china, glass and cookware. Please note that there is no oven. A full size washing machine is in the apartments utility room along with ironing facilities etc
The balcony, from the living room, is furnished.
Along side El Atrium Towers I, II and III each Friday is a large and busy street market. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. There are lifts, 2 inside and 1 panoramic
