The El Atrium Beach apartments are located in the heart of La Cala Finestrat and comprise of four 26 floor high towers. This particular apartment is located in Tower One on the 14th floor.

With three spacious and tastefully decorated bedrooms this apartment caters for 6.

The master bedroom is en-suite, boasting a full size bathroom with washbasin, vanity unit, bidet, toilet and bath with overhead shower.  Each bedroom has built in wardrobes.

The second bathroom is also fully fitted with bath, shower etc

A full size dishwasher, electric ceramic hob, huge fridge/freezer, microwave oven, kettle and toaster compliment the nice size pine wood kitchen, along with a full array of china, glass and cookwares.

A utility room, off the kitchen, is fitted with a full size washing machine and a full size tumble dryer, clothes airer and storage.

The beautiful living room/dining area is modern, light and airy with two luxurious cream leather sofas and wood furnishings including a glass topped dining room suite which, being

placed infront of the huge window, makes dining comfortable. The balcony is off the living room, accessed through full size patio sliding doors.

There is a TV with satalite offering a variety of International Channels including CNN, Sky News etc. Also for your enjoyment there is a DVD and CD.

There are also, for your use, a large and varied supply of English hardback/paperback books.

Air conditioning is fitted

There is an allocated secure parking space in the underground carpark for your use if necessary

A lovely landscaped outdoor pool area with seating compliments Tower One.

La Cala has an openair street market every Friday, this is alongside Atrium Towers, a 2 minute walk.

This is a DELUXE apartment, suitable for adult guests. The owner allows smoking ONLY outside on the balcony.  Please note no pets are allowed.

There is a video electronic security door system and this apartment also has its own security gate fitted infront of the frontdoor.

This apartment is our "Star Property" - ideal for special holidays (birthdays, anniversaries, honeymoons etc).
