The El Atrium Beach apartments are located in the heart of La Cala Finestrat and comprise of four 26 floor high towers. This particular apartment is located in Tower 2 on the 2nd floor.
With two spacious bedrooms this apartment caters for 4. The master bedroom is en-suite, boasting a full size bathroom with washbasin, vanity unit, bidet, toilet and bath with overhead shower. Each bedroom has built in wardrobes.
The second bathroom is also fully fitted.
A full size washing machine, electric ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, kettle and toaster compliment the nice size pine wood kitchen, along with a full array of china, glass and cookwares.
The living room/dining area is modern, light and airy with a sofa and two armchairs and wood furnishings. The balcony is off the living room, accessed through full size patio sliding doors. Ceiling fans are fitted.
A lovely landscaped outdoor pool area with seating compliments Tower 2.
La Cala has an openair street market every Friday, this is alongside Atrium Towers, a 2 minute walk.
This is a lovely apartment, suitable for all guests. The owner allows smoking but prefers if possible the balcony to be used. Please note no pets are allowed.
There is a video electronic security door entry system. This is a beautiful apartment with lots of character and extras.
