Acintur Mediterráneo is a modern building located directly on Avenida Bilbao, on the corner of the promenade of Levante Beach

Constructed in 2005 with in total 21 Floors - Very modern, clean and well tended

The building is of course centrally located: many shops, restaurants and bars are just metres away.

This luxurious apartment is fully equipped. There are two bed rooms,a fully fitted modern bathroom with bath, overhead shower, bidet, toilet and washbasin. There is also a second toilet with washbasin.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, oven & ceramic hob, microwave, kettle,toaster, coffee maker etc.

Complete Air conditioning is present and of course there is heating for our winter guests.

You have a great view towards the beach and sea, shown in the photo below (left)

A private parking place under the buildings is available free of charge.

This apartment is on the 12th floor with great views across the sea and is much sought after.

Please book early for 2010 and 2011 to avoid disapointment.
