Medeterraneo 43 with One and Two Bedrooms

 

 

 

The apartments MEDITERRANEO 43 are located on the busy Avendia Mediterraneo, which is second line back from the Levante Beach.

Constructed in 1988, these "standard" rated apartments have 1 or 2 bedrooms and are over 18 floors. Lifts are available of course from the large open lobby area.

Each apartment has a kitchen with washing machine, living room with sofabed and dining table and glazed opening windows, all overlooking the busy street below. Expect traffic noise from this location.

The apartments have a large outdoor area at the back, with swimming pool and patio, and a kids play area.

Parking can be pre-arranged ifr required. Heating is available for winter guests. PLEASE NOTE: These apartments do NOT have air conditioning.

Being located on one of Benidorms main streets, these apartments are in a totally flat area, surrounded by numerous restaurants, cafes, shops, banks, bus stops, taxi points and boutiques. The beach is across the street and from there around 100 metres.
