Las Terraces studios and one bedroom

 

 

 

The LAS TERRACES are located on the Cami Vell D´Altea, 56 - next door to Estrella Golf.

Comprising of studios and 1 bedroom apartments, the accomodation is of "quality" rated standard in a low rise building. There is a reception area, a snack bar, a covered terrace area, swimming pool and childrens pool, a jacuzzi tub for 8 persons, pool table and play room.

LAS TERRACES stand around 650 metres from Albir beach so although not directly close to the beach, they are within walking distance. In the neighbourhood too you will find numerous cafes, restaurants, shops, bars and supermarkets. McDonalds is around a 10 minute walk.

The studios and apartments all have single size beds, with an equiped kitchen including fridge, microwave, kettle, coffe maker etc, a modern bathroom with hairdryer and a balcony with pool view. Las Terraces also offer a laundry service.

Although small compared to other apartment complex´s, the Las Terraces have all you need for a comfortable self catering break away.

 

 

Albir is a pretty, clean low rise resort with a long sandy/pebbley beach and a promenade with many restaurants / cafeterias, and hotels. Their are many gift shops and boutiques along the main Albir street, along with taxi pick up points and bus stops. Albir has a cosmopolitan feel to it as many nationalities choose to holiday here, with many visitors from especially from Norway, Denmark and Sweden.

Benidorm and the theme parks are only a 10 minute drive from Albir.
