Las Palmeras studio apartment - 9th Floor

 

 

 

The LAS PALMERAS stands directly on the promenade of Levante Beach, more towards the Old Town end of Benidorm, rather than the Rincon end. More or less in line with the bottom of Avenida Europa and the Hotel Belroy.

This particular PRIVATELY owned studio flat is ideal for TWO persons, looking for a beach based holiday with everything close to hand. Either side of Las Palmeras you will find numerous shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. Old Town is only a short walk from Las Palmeras and behind, on the busy Avendia Mediterraneo you will find plenty more restaurants etc, as well as bus stops and taxi points, making getting around very easy. This particular part of Benidorm is flat too.

STUDIO flat on the 9th floor with lovely beach and sea views, it has a bathroom, a small kitchen "section" with microwave, fridge and small hob plate. The two single size beds can be folded away into a storage unit when not in use. There is also a sofa and dining table and a furnished balcony with fully opening windows.

Las Palmeras has NO swimming pool, however the sea and sand is only 10 metres from the entrance hall.
