Gemelos 26 - 1 bedroom Apartment - 23rd Floor / Tower 1

 

 

 

This particular apartment at GEMELOS 26 is on the 23rd Floor (High!) in Tower 1 (The tower closest to Avendia Derramador and the entrance to the complex).

One DOUBLE Bedroom with built in wardrobe. Fitted modern kitchen with electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and washing machine. All glass and cookware.

The Light Living room with white furniture, cream sofabed and matchingh dining room table and 4 chairs. Flatscreen TV showing Spanish channels (NO UK Terrestal TV).

Fully fitted modern bathroom with full size bath, overhead shower, bidet, square washbasin and loo.

 

 

The apartment has full air conditioning and heating, controlled independantly within the apartment. Instructions on how to operate this system will be explained to you upon check in.

The balcony is OPEN with table and chairs and VIEWS across Benidorm (23rd Floor - not for the faint hearted!).

This apartment is ideal for a family of 2 adults and 1 child or 2 small children sharing the sofabed.

The outdoor pool is huge, lake shapped, set in pretty well maintained gardens. There is also a covered and heated indoor pool which is available most of the year but certainly throughout the Winter.

Underground secure parking is available too and is INCLUDED with this apartment along with a safe box.

 

 

Avenida Derramador is a flat road, leading to the busy outdoor market one way and to the Rincon end of Benidorm the other way. Gemelos 26 is located more or less behind the Hotel Ambassador, opposite Uncle Peds and very close to the Hotels Helios and Roseamar. There is an excellent supermarket right opposite that is open all day.
