Gemelos 26 - TWO BEDROOMS and TWO BATHROOMS !!

YES its TRUE.......We are FINALLY able to offer an apartment with TWO BEDROOMS at the Gemelos 26 complex, Benidorm!

This is a PRIVATELY OWNED apartment (Spanish) on the 4th Floor in the Tower 1 (Closest to the road).

With TWO Bedrooms, this apartments makes for an ideal Family Holiday at the Gemelos 26 and will be much sought after so please book early to avoid disapointment.

Located on the Avenida Derramador, this complex comprises of two twin blocks (Gemelos means "Twins" in Spanish, hence why they are the same!), with a lovely lake style outdoor pool, a nice landscaped garden area, outside shaded seating, a good kids playground area, underground parking with lifts straight up to the apartments and a covered Indoor Pool for Winter Guests.

Standing opposite "Uncle Peds" and "Country Ribs" and very close to the Hotel Riveria, Hotel Ambassador and Hotel Helios, this complex is perfectly positioned for all of Benidorms´amenities. Not too far from the beach, around 350 metres, a 10-15 minute walk, and about the same from the Benidorm Indoor Market, open everyday. The BIG Benidorm outdoor market, on a Wednesday and a Sunday is only a 5 minute walk too. There are lots of cafes, restaurants, bars and shops in this area too and Avenida Derramador is totally flat, making this an ideal area for those with limited ability or for those using wheelchairs, buggies and scooters. No big hills here!

The apartment is ultra modern, being constructed only 18 months ago, with a corner position too so a bigger balcony.

The Kitchen has all utilities including an electric full size oven and ceramic hob, a full size fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave and all cook and glass wares etc.

There is air conditioning and central heating within the apartment, controlled individually to suit.
