The Balcon De Mark apartments are modern and located on a prime position very close to the Beach and Bay of La Cala Finestrat.

This is a privately owned one bedroom apartment on the 6th floor so ideal for those who do not want to be too high up.

One double bedroom with built in wardrobe, one full bathroom, kitchen with oven and hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and all cook and glass wares, an open balcony with furniture and a nice view across towards the beach and sea (see bottom right photo above)

Balcon De Mar are aproximately 40 metres from La Cala´s ample restaurants and cafeterias. La Cala Finestrat is quieter than Benidorm, more for families and couples. There are no late night nightclubs here with loud music! La Cala beach however does host a number of "Fiestas" during the year including San Juan in June which can be busy.

There is a good street market too very close to Balcon de Mar offering numerous bargains. Carrafour, the huge French Hypermarket / Supermarket is 8 minutes away on a local bus or in a taxi, as is Icelands, the British Supermarket, and La Marina, the big shopping Mall which offers C & A, Hennes, Zara etc. McDonalds and Burger King are also here, along with a big rooftop kids play centre and a 10 pin bowling alley.

La Cala´s beach is all soft sand. The bay offers a peaceful beach location, ideal for everyone. There are many restaurants in La Cala Bay to choose from including Molly Molonies (Irish/British), Chinese, Spanish and more. There are bus stops, taxi ranks, banks for cash point machines, a big supermarket open 365 days a year from 07.00am to 01.00am and gift shops etc.

Het appartement ‘Balcón del Mar II’ bevindt zich in La Cala de Finestrat (= Benidorm-Zuid). Het heeft een heerlijk zonnig terras met zicht op zee en ligt op een afstand van slechts 40 meter tot het vlakke, kindvriendelijke zandstrand. Dit ligt in een gezellige baai met talrijke restaurants, cafés en bars, vele winkels en een supermarkt voor uw dagelijkse inkopen, een bank, een gezellige weekmarkt (3x per week), kraampjes langs het strand ('s zomers), een Nederlandstalige arts & tandarts, een taxistandplaats en bushalte. Voor de overwinteraars is er satelliet-tv met vele Nederlandse zenders te huur voor 85 euro per maand, op aanvraag.
