Paraiso Florida Apartments

 

 

The Apartments PARISO FLORIDA are located only 50 metres from the PONIENTE BEACH in Benidorm. This is alot quieter than LEVANTE. Buses run from one side to the other however.

These nice apartments have TWO Bedrooms, offering two capacity types:

Type A - 2 Bedrooms suitable for 3 persons only (one double bed and 1 single size bed). This capacity Apartment does NOT have a terrace.

Type B - 2 Bedrooms suitable for up to 6 persons (one double bed, 2 single beds and a double size sofabed in the living room). This type of apartment DOES have a terrace with partial sea views

Each apartment, regardless of "type" has a kitchen with washing machine, TV, heating, part air conditioning, safe box for valuables and a fitted bathroom. Each apartment is aproximately 70 sq M.

The complex offers lifts, an outdoor pool (only open seasonal and weather permitting), garage (pay locally for parking daily), garden and a reception area.

There are many restaurants and cafes in this area. Located on Calle Santander, Poniente.

Please remember, this is NOT the Levante / Rincon side of Benidorm, this is the quieter side, between Old Town and La Cala Finestrat. Poniente has recently had a major refurbishment and now offers lovely walkway promenades and slopes/steps down to the fine sandy beach.
