This PRIVATELY owned apartment (Spanish) is on the 4th Floor, so ideal for those not wanting to be high up, with THREE bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

The apartment has an open plan kitchen with fridge, oven, hob, kettle, toaster etc, living room with flatscreen TV (Spanish), sofabed and a large open furnished balcony with unobstructed pool view.

As part of the complex, there is also a tennis court and small gym for your use.

The Beach is 100 metres walk, 5 minutes and has lovely soft sand. This is a very safe sandy beach, ideal for children. There are many cafes, restaurants (of all Nationalities), gift shops, supermarkets (one large one is open from 08.00am to 01.00am 365 days a year), banks, bakeries and bus & taxi stops. Benidorm is around 15 minutes on the Bus.

There are three street markets in La Cala weekly, offering local produce, clothing, shoes, leather goods etc.

Carrafour and Icelands, the two BIG supermarekts, are only 5 minutes away in a Taxi or 10 minutes on the direct Bus. Here in this neighbourhood you will also find the big La Marina Shopping Mall, complete with 10 pin bowling and McDonalds, Burger King etc!

De vakantiewoning Cala Palmera is heel ruim, licht en goed verzorgd. Vanaf het grote, zonnige balkon heeft u een prachtig uitzicht op de smaakvol aangelegde tuin, alsmede gedeeltelijk op de zee. In de tuin vindt u, omringd door een grote grasweide, een schitterend zwembad met apart kindergedeelte. Verder is er een kinderspeeltuintje, tennisbaan, paddlebaan en een fitnessruimte. Dagelijks is er een conciërge aanwezig; in de zomer ook een badmeester.

Op een afstand van 100 meter ligt het kindvriendelijke en vlakke zandstrand, in een gezellige baai. Hoewel het appartement rustig gelegen is, bevindt zich in de directe omgeving een keur aan restaurants, terrassen, cafés en winkels. Bovendien is er, direct aan het strand, een supermarkt die elke dag van 8.00 uur 's morgens tot 1.00 uur 's nachts geopend is. In de straat bevindt zich een bushalte, van waaruit er elke 10 minuten een lijnbus naar het centrum van Benidorm of Albir gaat. Deze rit duurt slechts 10 minuten. Ook is er een taxistandplaats. De weekmarkt (3x per week) bereikt u te voet in enkele minuten.
