    Coblanca 41 with One Bedroom - 20th Floor

     

    The COBLANCA 41 apartments are NEW and are located on the 3rd line back from the Levante Beach, aproximately 250 metres from the Frontline promenade and sea.

    This PRIVATELY OWNED new apartment is on the 20th Floor with great views towards the beach. Maybe not such a good idea for those with a dislike of heights and lifts!

    There is one bedroom with single beds, an ultra modern kitchen with washing machine, a heating and air conditioning system independant to the apartment, a full bathroom with a stand in shower, bidet, wash basin and toilet and a living room with flatscreen TV, sofabed, dining table, unit and an open balcony with table and chairs and a VIEW!

    Coblanca 41 has a gym and an outside swimming pool with patio area. There are steps up to the pool and garden area from the lobby but for wheelchair users and those with limited mobility, a stairlift is installed.

    These are very modern apartments. Outside, there are numerous restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, bus stops and taxi points. This is a flat area, so is ideal for everyone.

    PLEASE NOTE: At the present time, we only have access to this ONE apartment for rentals. Parking can be arranged yourself at the apartments with the Porter who you will find around the complex daily!
