    Bulevar with One Bedroom (Three Apartments)

     

    The BULEVAR apartments are located in LA CALA FINESTRAT, in the BULEVAR II block.

    These PRIVATELY OWNED THREE apartments - one on the 7th, 8th and 9th floor, all have 1 bedroom, bathroom, living room with dining area and a full bathroom. Air conditioning is fitted in all three, in the living room & bedroom.

    Dutch satellite is also installed in each, which shows many programmes and films in their original English language.

    The seperate kitchens are modern with full oven, ceramic hob, full size fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and all cookware, glass and chinaware. Each apartment has an open balcony with furniture. There is a seperate utility room with full size washing machine, iron and ironing board.

    Bulevar II has a garden area and an outdoor swimming pool - open seasonal and weather permitting.

    Underground parking is also available.

    These are modern, new apartments with all you need for a self catering break away.

    La Cala has a lovely soft, safe sandy bay with many restaurants, quiet bars and cafes along the walkway. Every Saturday & Tuesday there is a busy street market more or less alongside these apartments with lots of bargains, from clothes and shoes to fruit and veg! And again each Friday, the market can be found just around the corner alongside the Deja Vu Restaurant and Cala Sol Apartments.

    Benidorm centre can be reached by bus which runs regularly, every 15 minutes or so, or by taxi from La Cala.

    Carrefour & Icelands - the British Frozen Food supermarket - along with La Marina Shopping Mall are all only 1km or so from La Cala. Here you will find a huge hypermarket/supermarket, Mcdonalds, Burger King, 10 pin bowling and a great rooftop kids play area with ball ponds, rides and slides etc. WOK Chinese All You can Eat Style Buffet restaurant recently opened alongside Icelands!
