Atrium 4th Floor with One Bedroom

 

 

 

The EL ATRIUM Towers - there are 4 altogether - are located within actual LA CALA FINESTRAT.

This PRIVATELY English owned one bedroom apartment is on the 4th floor, Tower III.

Comprising of one twin bedroom with air conditioning, a fully fitted kitchen complete with small size dishwasher, utility room with full size washing machine, modern bathroom with full size bath, overhead shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin and living room with TV, DVD and "Sky" satellite showing a selection - not all - of UK TV channels. There is also a CD player.

The living room also has air conditioning and a ceiling fan for your comfort.

The open balcony has table and chairs and a pull down sun blind.

PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately, in front of Atrium Tower III a new Hotel is under construction & has been for quite some time. You will see this on the photo gallery above.

La Cala Finestrat bay has a lovely soft sandy beach and safe waters with a gentle slope into the crystal clear Mediteranean Sea. There are plenty of nice little street cafes and restaurants, gift shops and more around the Bay. Buses run regularly into Benidorm from La Cala at only 1.20 euro per person. A 1.5km ride from La Cala bay is the CARREFOUR hypermarket, Icelands english Frozen Food supermarket and La Marina Shopping Mall where you will also find McDonalds, Burger King, 10 pin bowling, shops galore and a huge rooftop kids play and fun centre.

La Cala makes an ideal alternative to Benidorm, for those seeking a holiday just a little quieter but with everything to hand. On a Tuesday, Friday & Saturday La Cala has huge street markets, selling everything from clothes and shoes to fruit and veg!
