Aquaviva with Two Bedrooms

 

The AQUAVIVA apartment complex stands around 400 metres from La Cala Finestrat bay and comprises of five blocks, all centred around the nice outdoor swimming pool and landscaped garden.

This PRIVATELY owned 2nd Floor apartment has two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a small kitchen area with fridge/freezer, microwave, full size washing machine and a four ring electric hob - NO OVEN.

The living room has TV - local channels only - with DVD player, sofa and unit. There is an open balcony too.

Air conditioning is fitted in the living room - hot and cold.

This is a "standard" rated apartment with 2*, offering comfortable accomodation. The busy Friday market is just metres across from Aquaviva. Bus stops are outside the complex. Once down by the beach you will find La Cala has many cafes, restaurants and quieter bars to choose from, there are no loud discos or clubs here, along with gift shops, supermarkets etc. Although not frontline to the beach and not super deluxe, these apartments are ideal for those looking for a quieter self catering break.

PLEASE NOTE: Pool Rule - AQUAVIVA do not open their pool and garden until 11.00am each day and close at 21.00pm.

Around 1.5km, 5 minutes in the car or on the bus, there is a huge Carrefour hypermarket, the La Marina shopping Mall, Burger King and McDonalds and Icelands, the British Frozen Food Supermarket.
