GEMELOS 26 - Mid Floor Apartments - Tower 1

The Gemelos 26 apartments are extremely popular and are a reasonably new member of the ever increasing "Gemelos" family of apartments in and around Benidorm, opened in 2009.

We have access to 8 apartments here in TOWER 1 all on Middle Height floors (From the 15th to the 22nd) and ALL with ONE Bedroom.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot guarantee actual apartment floor allocation only that the apartment WILL be in Tower 1 on a floor NO LOWER than the 15th and NO HIGHER than the 22nd.

These particular apartments are ALL in Tower One (closest to the street and entrance at Avendia Derramador, opposite Uncle Peds) and ALL have 1 Bedroom.

Decorated in a modern style, these apartments have huge fully glazed balconies with opening sliding windows (similar to a conservatory) with furniture. All have fully fitted modern kitchens with front loading washing machines, ceramic hobs, electric ovens, full size fridge freezers, microwave, kettle and toaster.

Each living room has a sofabed, table with four chairs, flatscreen TV with a small selection of International Channels (NO UK Terrestial TV) and patio doors to the balcony.

Each apartment has a modern fully fitted bathroom with full size bath, overhead shower, bidet, square wash basin and loo.

FULL air conditioning and heating is provided in each apartment, controlled inside on a "pad" on the wall. Upon check in this will be explaned and demonstrated to you. Use of this is unlimited and it services the whole apartment.

Gemelos 26 has a huge lake style outdoor pool which is open seasonally - normally from Mid May to Mid September, weather permitting - with pretty well kept gardens. There are also covered walkways, outdoor seating, a kids play area and a covered & heated indoor pool.

PLEASE NOTE: Sunloungers are NOT provided at Gemelos 26. Please bring with you your own beach and pool towels.

Gemelos 26 has an underground carpark. With these particular apartments, parking is included. Also, these apartments have a safe box fitted in each, again included.

Op de 3e lijn van het welbekende Levante strand in Benidorm bevindt zich het prachtige complex Gemelos 26 met een fraai aangelegde tuin waarin u verschillende zwembaden (ook een overdekt en verwarmd binnenbad), een tennisbaan, paddlebanen, een ruime ligweide en een kinderspeeltuintje vindt. Het gebouw is opgeleverd in juli 2009. Wij kunnen u hierin deze mooi ingerichte 1- slaapkamer appartementen aanbieden. Er is een zonnig terras met tuinmeubelen en een prachtig uitzicht op de tuin en omgeving. In de woonkamer is satelliet-tv met verschillende Europese zenders, waaronder ook 1 Nederlandse zender. Het gebouw is modern aangelegd en wordt goed bijgehouden door een conciërge, die dagelijks aanwezig is.

Verder wandelt u in 10 - 12 minuten naar het oude centrum met zijn gezellige winkelstraten, tapasbars en terrassen.
In de directe nabijheid vindt u bovendien: talrijke restaurants, cafés en bars, winkels en een supermarkt voor uw dagelijkse inkopen, een bank, een gezellige weekmarkt (2x per week), een overdekte markt die elke dag geopend is, een Nederlandstalige huisartsenpraktijk & tandarts, taxistandplaats en bushalte.
