Costablanca Apartment SL

In the Beginning

On SEPTEMBER 1st 2001, Costablanca Apartments SL was "born" to its original owners, starting off with a few apartments for holiday rentals, with a basic little website that got the Company off to a start.

The Growing Years:

In March 2006 the previous owners left Spain and we then stepped in, working on a bigger website, adding many more apartments, offering our clients a bigger variety. Our database of "regular" clients has grown and grown over the years (you know who you are!) and for their continued support and custom, we thank you all.

Where we're going:

Three different websites later we now launch this NEW one! After many hours of hard work and sleepness nights, we have produced what we think is our best yet! Having added even more apartments , we feel we can offer our clients, new and old, a vast choice in accomodations here in Benidorm. We´ve survived through a recession and a volcano blowing its ash everywhere and we intend to keep on going, onwards and upwards, into 2012 and way beyond.

Our CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GUEST CARE is what we are renowned for. How many times do we hear of clients getting off shuttle buses in the middle of the night with 10 suitcases and 6 irritated kids, only then having to troop half way around Benidorm for their keys that they "hope" they will find ? This is because the Agent who took their booking (and gladly banked the cash!) is sleeping.

WE DO NOT TREAT OUR GUESTS LIKE THAT!

Unless for example we have to be in 10 places at once OR if an unforseen emergency has arisen, we ALWAYS meet and greet our own guests at their booked accomodation with their keys. This could be 3 o´clock in the afternoon or 3 o´clock in the morning. Rest assured when YOU arrive, we WILL be there!
